The Process:
We start with the Root Chakra.
You’ll do 3 rounds per chakra, one per day, for each of the 7 chakras—that’s 21 rounds total.
A round = from the questions at the top of the worksheet to the prayer at the bottom.
There’s a little checkbox system to track where you are, because you’ve got enough chaos in your life without losing your place in your own healing.
Take breaks if you need—skip a day or a week, whatever—but don’t bounce to the next chakra until you’ve done the full 3 days on the one you’re in. No cheating the system. Energy’s got receipts.
