Your payment buys time for YOU, not a backstage pass to someone else’s soul.
Our session is sacred space to focus on you—your growth, your energy, your journey. If someone else shows up, it’s only because their presence is reflecting something you need to see. Not because we’re poking around in their business.

I don’t do readings or advice for love, money, health, or any of the usual drama topics. If you want to know when your soulmate’s showing up or whether your ex is coming back—I'm not the one. That’s not guidance, that’s astrology roulette.
Everything I do is about helping you understand and navigate your life from a spiritual, empowered, no-BS place. That’s the magic. The rest? That’s outside my lane—and I stay in mine like a pro.

All appointments must be scheduled through my official booking site. Period.

⏰ Late or Missed Appointments
Showing up on time is part of the magic. It’s your responsibility to be ready at your scheduled time—no exceptions.
🔟 You’re officially “late” at 10 minutes past your start time.
Late arrivals may not get their full session—your time slot still ends when it was originally booked to. I don’t push other clients back because your energy hit snooze.
⏳ Running late or missed your session? No automatic refunds or do-overs. But don’t panic—you can still reschedule for another date of equal value if you reach out. Just email me with your preferred new date + time and we’ll make it work. One pass, no penalty.
🚫 Two no-shows in a row? That’s a wrap. You’ll lose the ability to reschedule, no refund will be issued, and any future sessions will require full payment again. No exceptions.
Remember: spiritual growth starts with accountability. Be on time for your own healing.
💸 Refunds? Nope.
All sales are final—no partial, prorated, or full refunds. Once services are rendered, that’s it. Time, energy, and spirit were given. Whether or not it was what you wanted to hear doesn’t change that.
Missed or un-rescheduled your appointment? Per my policy above, that’s on you—no refund.
Didn’t get the outcome you expected? Doesn’t mean you didn’t get what you needed. Spirit delivers truth, not fantasy.
I get that life happens. If there’s a genuine emergency, reach out and we’ll talk. Discretion matters—but ghosting doesn’t qualify.
📦 Package marked delivered but it’s MIA?
I can’t issue a refund for that (neither of us can prove what did or didn’t show up). But email me—we’ll find a way to make it right.
